Much worse? No. I think it would sell better.
If stand alone blu ray players were also 249-299... I think it would sell worse then the Wii.
I also think if this was the case Sony would be out of buisness. I mean Microsoft could give away 900 dollars with every purchase of a 1K comouter... I don't think it'd be the smartest thing to do though.
In the future I don't think it will outsell the wii because the only way i could see that happening at the 250-299 future pricepoint is if blu-ray players were more expensive then the PS3.
With the Blu-ray war over it's only a matter of time before the blu assosiation turn on each other.
With that being the case, i imagine the wii will be chaper, even if it wasn't im not sure it'd match sales.
