Just a thought - If MS is going to get a cut on 2nd hand as well at retail stores, that means effectively the average price for second hand will increase. If it is not reinforced by some sort of DRM (that is, when you buy the game second hand, you get no voucher code to install it on your XBOX One), then this will create a huge black market. Remember, all games must be fully installed on the Xbox One regardless.
There just has to be some electronic DRM in the chain for this concept to work and it will mean an average higher price for second hand games.
