I think more money going back to the devs is a great move. I just wish it was more than the purposed 45%. MS will also, as I think you already know, get 45% while the retailer, for arguments sake, GameStop only get 10%? That I do not like. MS should be getting the %10 for being the "middle man" in this. A small slice to pay for the service even? That seems fair, or fairer then the current deal.

Have you tried Steam? It's actually pretty good. I say that as someone who rarely uses it because of hardware issues.

I agree with that, but still why would i have to go to gamestop (not to mention i live in south america but that's another story, so lets say any store for that matter) to sell a game? why can't i sell it to my friend? or my cousin who lives in another state? the deal here wouldn't have to be if it's convenient or not but why couldn't i? i paid for it! - Now what i see in this ''money going back to them'' is danger, even more money with no effort, like i said i doubt this would be used for our benefit is more likely going to their bank since these guys (in general) are always looking to make more and more money with less... and less and less some take it to the extreme and like i've been saying lately, sometimes seems more important to have a 400% profit than to deliver a good product, this money hunger could actually do us more bad than good. But who knows what the future will be like, time will tell.

Oh and yeah i've tried steam, it's cool i just can't get used to digital yet, i don't hate it that much ^^ just prefer not to use it.

I have a feeling that MS will incorporate a system where you could deactivate it using your console, then verify it using another. It may take 6 months or so to roll out but I can easily see MS doing it. You put the disc in your Xone, deactivate it, they'll give you a verification code of some sort in return, give to friend/family member etc, they put it in their One and input the code they gave you and done.

If me, a random dude on the net can think of this surely MS have.
