What i find amazing is that they think they are entitled to selling the same copy twice without paying for it. The retailer pays me for that copy. If their cut becomes 3.5£ wich is about 5 euro/dollars we are gonna get about 1-2 euro/dollar for our used copies effectively trivializing the deal. This move does one thing only: it kills the used game market.
The reason wh microsoft isnt giving us confirmation is because they wanted to quietly push this under the rug. What they are trying to do is criminal and i hope it ends badly for them.
