Is there a danger that people are giving the PS4 too much of a free pass?

Gamefly offers PC game rentals, right? Hopefully they'll be able to manage something similar with M$(and Sony?). Perhaps they'll get their own specialized "rental" discs?

PC preowned and rentals (if they ever existed) are dead. Most games use tied to the user via account based activation.
