Its simply the fact that whatever Sony has shown so far has been mostly positive and people are focusing on that. On the other hand MS's conference and post show contained mostly negative stuff.
It is possible that Sony has been stacking all the negative stuff for later but there's no reason for people to think negatively of a system if nothing bad has been shown. If Sony do unveil some bad stuff, they will get backlash for it. I think they know this as well seeing the craziness that ensued after MS's conference.
