Gamestop etc will be all fine with this because it gives them an advantage over the "competition" being rivate sales or trades/swaps. I like that retailers who profit from used game sales have to give a cut to publishers, but I don't like that this has fundamentally affected the gamer to gamer trading relationship, which is nothing to do with making a profit, but freeing up cash for further game purchases.
Still a net negative from my perspective.
