What restrictions?  I can play all of my steam and origin games offline.

I am thinking more about the used games shity thing. Often on the PC your disc is rendered useless if you don't have a cd key and besides not all games use any of these systems(origin and steam)

You don't need used games on PC when you can buy them for $5 and keep them forever since there are no gens...
