Time to raise tax on the rich again, ban all tax havens and reduce spending on unnecessary areas like military. Depressing that a developed country is having such problems with infrastructure funding. Alongside healthcare and education, infrastructure is among the most important things for an economy to remain strong whether it's the poorest or richest country in the world. America clearly has money but isn't using it well
