The live stream just showed a bit of gameplay after the trailer when they are ambushed in their truck. Then the q and a came which was interesting, but no new info as far as gameplay. Well there was a small mention of the choice you can make. For example, if you see an enemy begging for their life, you must kill them. They originally had that choice in game, but didn't really work with the narrative. Unfortunately still no new info on the multiplayer.
