What can Sony do to compete with Xbox One on the non-gaming features side?

Deals like this are great and I'm sure they will exist on both sides. The thing is that Microsoft can easily match a deal like this of their own if they see its a big hit... The things I am talking about have more to do with features which Sony may not be able to match.

Sony could try but..yeah someone like me would care too much as I'm an "non-social" gamer.

Maybe sony will put some kind of party chat feature on it or something.

Well, I'm expecting Sony to come out with a party chat feature with the PS4.
I would be suprised if not; esp. with all the emphasys they are putting on the social aspect.
