Since the One's games are able to be resold (according to Gamestop), there MUST be a way to "untie" a game from its profile, or else one could play the game even after reselling it.
And if that is possible borrowing or giving games without fees/restrictions or whatsoever is, too. Microsoft just doesn't want multiple consoles to be able to play a game installed by the same disk while it's only paid for once.
THIS IS NECESSARY, since it is possible to play a game without the disk. The bad thing about this is the need of internet to "tie"and "untie" the game. Just a theory from what I understand.
