Skype, app multitasking/snap mode, and kinect superiority to PS eye are major points.
But Sony won't address them significantly IMO. They will have enough multimedia to get by and push the games agenda. Essentially, their fans won't care that PS4 isn't a better media box.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
