If all the rumors are true then the bone screws
*people with no, or flaky, internet
*people who borrow games from friends
*people who do not want to sell their games to a retail store.
I'm all for helping devs get a cut of 2nd hand sales but not at this high of a cost. I hope Sony doesn't do anything similar.
