so i can sell used but only to those that MS deems worthy of being a reseller like (probably) gamestop. knowing MS policies to date this will probably be very strict with only a few "approved" resellers and i wouldn't put it past MS to make regional "exclusivity" agreement.
better than the rumors? yes, but just barely.
