- Randomized weather depending on the geographical location (just don't make it too excessive. For instance, snow shouldn't happen very often at all plus the occasional, extremely rare natural disaster such as a tornado or any extreme weather)
- Rally included right from the get go and not in an expansion
- 500-600 fully modeled cars
- MUCH BETTER A.I.!
- up to 32 car races both in single player and online
- Endurance races like F1 and F2 had.
- A more interesting, engaging career mode.
- MUCH better damage modeling.
- More tracks, a LOT more tracks.
