Oh. well damn. I guess I assumed you meant leader when you said members. That's frustrating. I really hate the stigma that it not allowing scout leaders to be openly gay insinuates....

No, sadly just the kids. Still though, it gives them protection which is pretty important. The leaders ban is really bad, but I doubt they can keep it for much longer.

I remember Train and Carly Rae Jepson dropped out of a tour for the Boy Scouts because of their stance on homosexual, so I think this is a step in the right direction...although to be honest, most gay men would probably not cared to see either or them perform. :p

I just looked that up, apparently Train will come back if they change their position. The BSA must be huge fans to fast track the change in time :)
