The only thing PS4 probably won't do is TV integration with your cable box. Then there's the timed-exclusive apps Microsoft may have such as ESPN or HBO GO. Other than that, the two are pretty much identical feature-wise.
(Of course I'm ignoring the gimmicks such as snapping an app to the side and gesture/voice controls as these aren't really just another control method.)
