In general I really liked the full aspect of the system. I think it would be a great compliment to my WiiU.
However at what price and frankly the features I'm most interested in I believe are mirrored in a GoogleTV device that I'd rather have due to its connect with Android, especially once GTVs get their update to 4.x. (jelly bean)
To me the smart features, TV control, UI, physical design, and so forth are all done really well. Hell, if they sold the rumored non-gaming version for $99 or less, I'd likely be all in. But it will depend if Google ever puts out the rumored Nexus tv-top box for similar price.
