Precisely. I would go as far as to say the same applies to xbox live subscription fees.
If millions of people are happy to be monitored by kinect and pay subscriptions fees then it stands to reason that MS would just expand on this. Stuff like the so-called second hand games fee just shows MS has a lot of faith in their supporters buying the console whatever regulations and fees they throw up. I seriously doubt NA sales would suffer much regardless of what MS does within a scale of reason.
Anyhow I will wait and see how this all pans out. Until then there is a degree (no matter how small) of speculation.
