Maybe it could be done in such a way that it is optional, so you can get a 4K version using the cloud? As for Sony vs Microsoft, Sony do own Gaikai so they are probably capable of matching it |
i think this will be more to future proof the system. sony is already doing this with gaikai, but instead of making the system more powerful they just let the serves/pc's or what ever they use to stream the entire thing.
