maybe they need the money to " heal" the corporation with fast 300 mio dollar profit that gt6 generate pretty fast incl. dlc.
otherwise it is no smart decision.
on the other hand-maybe they are developing parallel.for ps3 and ps4 and they'll finish the ps4 game next year and release it winter 2014.As they should have enough exclusives in the first year they don't really need it in the firsr year.
