With seamless integration to the cloud? It's basically like an ipadified TV and console. Pretty value-add to me. If people are willing to spend 400$ for an ipad, why not for an computer-aided TV/console?

Perception. But this whole argument is moot atm since we have no idea how actual customers percept the Xbone.
