What PS4 does that's new:
- 10X more powerful than PS360
- Redesigned controller - better form/triggers/analogs, lower latency, headphone jack, touchpad, generally better design than DS3
- Much faster and supposedly intuitive OS/UI
- Much better multi-tasking
- Share button (which emcompasses many different features, and maybe not to you, but to a lot of gamers will be massive)
- Gaikai
- Much better developer support, especially for indies and F2P
- Smaller features: All games avaliable digitally, play games as they're downloading, more personalization, improved user profiles.
This is off the top of my head. There's a lot more new and improved here than there is between PS1 and PS2 for example, but ofcourse you will downplay all of this as much as you can because you've already made up your mind. I could do the same for X1 if you would like.
