True that Sony hasn't specifically said if they will charge a fee. But if Xbox One used trade in's are through retail channels like Gamestop then it will probably trade if for $10-$15 and then cost $55 used.

What's weird is I've heard Microsoft expects you to pay full MSRP for "used" games, or something.  So I have no idea how that would be something people would want to do.
