The deficit has shrunk the most since WW2, right after the biggest stimulus program since the great depression....
I wonder if that's connected....
I tend to agree with the whole "Spin article for tax cuts of great justice" argument above really.
Reminds me of a kid's logic of "well sure i screwed up a lot this week, but i didn't light the house on fire like last week? So why the hell are you so mad?"
