I'm not really sure what the issue is. My understanding is it works just like PC games do the only difference is you can actually sale your games second hand.
The only one account thing is BS as the console can have more than one account.
TBH that one feature would be a reason to buy the xbox to me. I hate swapping discs out. I still mainly game on PC for this reason but the Wii U has been changing that with the ability to install DL titles. I wish I could put retail discs in the system and install them so I never have to swap a disc out.
What I am interested in hearing is since the games have DRM, cant be pirated, shared, etc. Developers should be lowering the price of software to compensate for the extra money they make but that will never happen.
