Rebox/Gamefly and other rental locations will like get some sort of special disc variants with rental based IDs where you won't be affected.
Gamestop, Ebay, Amazon, Best Buy, and anyone else who sales used games largely wont' be affected as people will just know they have a $XX additional fee to pay in order to activate the used game.
However, I stopped buying from Gamestop a long time ago as they open all their games, including new. That pisses me off. New should be factory wrapped.
