Best thing they could do is not even bother with "standard" cars, make them all premium and spend the time wasted on that standard tat on some more premiums.
The total number would be more than adequate. 1200 cars is just ridiculous, who even tries out a 3rd of that number in a game.
The most silly thing is that this standard/premium thing counts against them from a PR perspective as threads like this prove and countless other past ones have too.
