Short answer yes. Long answer yes, but it wasn't the only thing that put me off. It is just the only justification I need. If it weren't there however I would still have issues with the console. It is underpowered in comparison to its nearest rival. With much of that power being diverted to run needless background applications. It doesn't support backwards compatibility. It comes shackled with a mandatory peripheral. Which is quite frankly a nuisance. I have cursed at the original enough times. For turning videos off on me,
I buy consoles to game, and more specifically I buy them for the console gaming experience. If a console can't be bothered to be plug and play. Then what is the fucking point anyway. If you gotta jump through hoops. Then you might as well move on up to PC, and get much more for your buck. With that I take a small bow.
