That would count out Ryse, Quantum Break, Respawn game and Dead Rising 3.

well checking out the news i'm seeing inconsistent reporting.  the reveal video seems to have been taken down because my link no longer works and i can't find it anywhere to check the exact wording of the announcement.  the statement came from the guy in charge of MS studios but how i remember the phrasing of the statement was along the lines of "xbox one will have 15 exclusive games in it's first year" which i personally took at total not just first party.

but at this point i'm not sure i can't say definitively one way or the other,.. just that this is what i believe from what i saw.

Exact phrasing (Just rewatched it):

"I'm proud to announce that Microsoft Studios plans to release more than 15 exclusive games in the first year of Xbox One, 8 of which are brand new franchises"

So yeah, definitely sounds like first party and third party together.
