If EA wants to prevent used game sales then, instead of an online pass, why don't they just incorporate a full game pass where you need the pass to actually play the game rather than trying to force the big 3 to do something to prevent used games in general for all games.
So Nintendo can still have EA games while EA games maintains the ability to not be bought back used. That why they can stop blaming Nintendo and blame themselves.
