Wii U at launch, because I'm a huge fan of Nintendo games.
Whether or not I get a PS4 will depend on a couple of things. If Nintendo gets most multiplats, even with worse graphics, I'll be fine with the Wii U and will have no need for a second console, unless Sony shows off some truly amazing exclusives. I may also just invest in a gaming PC depending on what happens to my financial situation and what Sony offers.
If I wind up buying a PS4, I don't think I will for about 2 years or so. So far nothing about the system screams "upgrade now" to me.
