ps4 if gta 5 launches on it this year or early 2014 (before march 2014) then ill buy a ps4 as soon as gta5 launches for the ps4
if no gta 5 launches on ps4 then i'll wait till a game that i want to play on ps4 releases to buy one as of now theres no SW unannounced for the ps4 that would make me go and buy one on launch or shortly after
the latest i'll buy ps4 is b4 2014 ends as i always ended up moving to next gen no later than a year after release and i can see myself playing the yearly 3rd party games on last gen HW for to long
