if frined wants to install the game then they have to pay a fee.  so if the game is a new game then they pay full pirce if its not then its probably what ever retail price is

It is not a rumor, the console does not plays the game from the disk, it requires instalation.

they refrence the wired artcile about the manditory install http://www.wired.com/gamelife/2013/05/xbox-one-analysis/  which never actually says there are manditory installs they imply due to the way it is worded but since there was already an error it could very well be wrong
