No way. They said the same thing about xbox live. Americans now love paying for xbox live. These new fees and regulations will mean nothing to them. They will pay whatever MS ask them to.
Good move by MS I think.
Not so sure about most of mainland Europe or Japan (and I believe MS lost a lot of sales in these regions because of fees) but it's not like they will be losing out a great deal there. The extra money they get out of the US will surely recoup that loss.
