well, that's not really "lending the game to a friend", that's just carrying the data of a game to a friends house so that he can purchace and install it without needing to download 20 or more GB
lending would be done like selling a used copy with this I think, but I imagine there might be some sort of MS/publisher fee for selling used aswell
