They may allow a "demo" time frame, were you can play the game unhindered for a bit but once that is up. Something like this is going to mess up services like game fly, even if they go with a "rental pass" were you hold up a card to the kinect and it scans it to allow for non-account bound play for an extended time frame.

Demo time frame? If I want a demo I'll download a demo. This IS a deal breaker for me, unless the demo time frame is wide enough to allow me to play through games like Skyrim or GTA without cutting me off. Me and my friends always lend games from each other to save money, a console which does not allow this will not be bought.

Now video games are the only medium which completely block even legally bought physical copies. That's a line that should have never been crossed and certainly won't come through in Europe as it is illegal to my knowledge...
