Most importantly games that I can go from playing on my phone/tablet while I'm out to 'flicking' onto the TV/PC and playing console style when I'm home. Once this becomes standard (and phones/tablets able to handle more complex games) consoles will die out quick.

Also the mobile scene is like the wild west right now. Or the Atari 2600 days when everyone was making games including Quater Oats and Purina Dog Chow. Like the console scene some developers will rise to the top, people will trust their brand and then they'll begin acting as publishers for other worthy games. Roxio has started doing this in fact. So in time, like in the console scene (or movie or book industries), it'll become increasingly hard (and it's damn hard now) to get sales without a big name publisher backing you. This will slow the flood of games and get rid of 90% of the crap, making the games that do come out more profitable overall.
