Hm, 8GB DDR3 + 4GB GDDR5 is not that unbelievable (though, not very likely cause of split pools IMO). On the other hand, 4.9TFLOPS GPU would mean 3072 shaders part @ rumored 800MHz (vs 1152 @800MHz in PS4) or maybe 2560 shaders @ 950MHz - that info is REALLY fishy, but let's wait few hours more...
