IBM has practically zero experience when it comes to GPU's. It would be all AMD's prowess with Microsoft's guiding hand.
Heck, IBM even uses nVidia GPU's for it's own blade servers, so IBM helping design the GPU is laughable.
Then for a 4.8 Teraflop GPU... It would have to be faster than the Radeon HD 7970
GHz Edition. - That's going to be expensive, extremely hot and extremely power hungry.
A card like that retails for about $400 - $600 AUD or the price of TWO $299 Xbox 360's.
It won't happen, expensive GPU, expensive memory? Yeah, nah.
