I find the orientation to be nauseating and cannot play for significant periods of time. Even with Elder Scrolls I have to switch to third person to get my bearings.
There are some I have tried like Bioshock and Borderlands which have elements I like, but the perspective ruins it so much that I cannot enjoy the experience.
