I love them. Just like any other genre there is some that are bad and some that really stand out.
Best FPS games
Halo
Call of Duty
Killzone
Battlefield
Resistance
Counterstrike
Half-Life
Left 4 Dead
Borderlands
Bioshock
And I may be missing one or two but you get the point. For the people who don't like them they are allowed to not like them. But just like people dont want to hear about JRPG games being generic, FPS fans are the same way. Some stand out and others don't.
