Did you get the point of the thread? I don't think Crystal Bearers is a bad game in any way. Perhaps way too much repetitive with its mechanics (having it had a Battle system àla old Final Fantasy's would have been perfect), but not a bad game.

well the fact that it got harsh reviews should be indicative if this game is either seen as a good or a bad one...

 

But you're claiming they're unfair reviews. Ergo, you don't believe those games are bad. We're talking about bad games that you know they're bad, but you still loved them.

No. You can like a bad game, and still realise it is bad. You can understand why people wouldn't like to be nowhere near that game. But you still like it. You don't need to feel that it is "good" (You feel good by playing it i.e you have fun); you know it's bad but you don't have a problem with that.
