What games do you want from the oposite console?

Yeah... seems simple but I'm not sure... PC ports never interfered in consoles sales... a late PC port will not do anything to Xbox 360.

i guess it could still hurt the sales of the console in the long run. people with PC's would hold out on buying an xbox because "the games would come out on PC eventually". and a late port wouldnt generate that much money anyways, so its probably wouldnt be worth the money or the effort to port it later on, and focus their resources else where
