Apparently Famitsu in Japan has confirmed FIFA 14 is coming to Vita. If it's coming out in Japan, it'll definitely come out in Europe at the very least so there'll be an English language version of the game.
I still think Vita is going to get a re-launch at E3. So lets see what happens next month. :)
