In the past I'd say pro evo, but recently, because Fifa has picked up it's game gameplay wise, I have to give them kudos for that. Pro Evo hasn't done anything new for the past few games (I'm talking about Winning Eleven, which is upto 12 or 13 by now). Also, the fact that pro evo's been lazy about presentation puts me off a fair bit, I know that gameplay > graphics for this sort of game, but the fact that PES hasn't updated either significantly is just slack.
That's all going to change next year though, apparently PES 09 is a totally new game built from the ground up.
