I mountain bike 12 miles a day 6 days a week,
i snowboard twice a year. I've recently just came back from the Himalayas trekking mount Annapurna and enjoyed it so much I'm going to start trekking as a yearly hobby. I also do pull ups, dips and push-ups but NEVER use weights only my own body, I'm currently also looking into starting rock climbing, I've always admired people who doit and I've found out there's a really good rock climbing centre in the city I live and at 29 years old I figured I best try it now while my body is still agile and nimble :)
