Neogaf is filled with whiners like any other forum it is just huger. The preview already showed they will be treating the forum like a hive mind of whiners. The thing is there are so many people and opinions it is easy to ignore the whiners. Most negative people do not take topics down because you can always found a better post in a thread, or find another interesting thread.
That and many of the users including myself mostly post in off-topic. There are entire posters that rarely leave their off-topic community threads. This should be funny because of Pachter.
