It could be possible, but even better: it's reasonable. PS3 sales are not the expected ones. Companies need the revenues of this new generation with increasingly high production costs. If MGS4 doesn't sell enough it would be a complete failure. So, why not? For me it makes sense, I don't believe the amount of money Sony are being able to give to Konami is enough for them to stop it. I say the same with Square Enix and his FF XIII franchise.
